Giaconi Editore is an independent publishing house founded in 2010 in Recanati, in the heart of the Marche region. For over fifteen years, it has been telling stories connected to the Marche region , promoting new and emerging authors who bring local traditions, legends, landscapes, and characters to their pages. 

His mission

• Promoting the region : promotes books that tell the story of the Marche region—from folklore to recipes, from tourist itineraries to historical figures.
• Supporting new talent : offers a listening ear, guidance, and support to emerging authors, guiding them into the publishing world with a human and competent approach.
• Editorial freedom and heart : believes in freedom of choice, far from the rigidities of marketing, putting passion into every publication.

The projects

• Piccola Libreria delle Marche : a physical bookstore in the center of Recanati, designed as a meeting place for readers, authors, and the local community. A place where culture can be breathed and experienced firsthand. 
• The Kingdom of Maz : a four-hectare literary park immersed in the Recanati countryside, where you can wander through woods and paths listening to readings under the trees – an immersive cultural experience.
• Events and local promotion : organizes presentations, literary walks, workshops, and collaborations with cultural organizations to network and promote regional heritage.

It is opening up to the places and people of all Italian regions , discovering and sharing the stories, traditions, and excellences that make our country unique. Each region holds voices, flavors, and landscapes that deserve to be known and shared.

The genres

It publishes fiction for adults and children, essays, illustrated books, travel guides, cookbooks, poetry, photography books, and texts on folklore and local history, selecting works that explore identity and local history.
